Pet owner etiquette on Savary is a topic that comes up quite often in our conversations and via social media. As the island continues to welcome new owners and tourists, it is inevitable that more pets, especially dogs, are also around. Nobody knows your own pet like you do, but the best rule of thumb is to assume that not everyone or everything loves your furry beast as much as you do, no matter how cute they might be. Please keep your pet under control at all times, whether on or off leash, and ensure they don’t harass the wildlife.
